Pickup & repair
We arrange collection, assess your device and confirm the repair price. Service takes 4–7 working days from receipt.
Return & warranty
We return your device after the service. The repaired fault and replaced parts carry a one-month repair warranty.
GameTricks covers 50% of the pickup and return delivery cost. You cover the remaining 50%. The delivery amount is confirmed on WhatsApp.

Which consoles do you repair?
We repair PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series S, Xbox Series X and Nintendo Switch. We also repair related controllers and joysticks. Select your device and describe the problem to request a quote.
Can I request cleaning without a broken console?
Yes. You can request deep cleaning and maintenance even if your console still works. For overheating, we assess the cooling system and replace thermal paste where appropriate.
How long does the service take?
The service takes 4–7 working days from receipt of your device. We coordinate collection and return with you on WhatsApp.
What does the repair warranty cover?
You receive a one-month repair warranty covering the repaired fault and parts replaced as part of that repair.
How much does the repair cost?
The price depends on your device, the fault and any required parts. Send your details to request a quote; the repair price is confirmed after assessment.
Do you collect and return my device?
Yes. We arrange pickup and return. The total delivery cost is split equally between GameTricks and you, with the amount confirmed on WhatsApp.
